Over the last eight months the activities of the Bank of England (BoE) have been examined and heavily scrutinized in ways which would previously never be envisaged. However despite all of this, many professionals, working in a variety of fields, still find it difficult to fully decipher exactly what impact the BoE has over economic policy; its core statutory functions and responsibilities; the internal structure of the BoE, and finally, the complexities of the Bank of England's unique working role and policy relationship with the Government.
With this in mind, Parli-training has developed this highly focused one day training course aimed at explaining, in a clear and easily digestible detail, exactly what the Bank's unique policy role is and how it's functions impacts upon fiscal and strategic economic management of the economy.
No prior knowledge or expertise in the field is required for attendance on this course. Special focus will be placed upon explaining the BoE's unique policy and strategic function, focusing primarily on it's policy decision making prowess affecting fiscal regulation and other key economic considerations. The course will also uncover the parameters of the BoE's current working relationship with the Treasury, the FSA and the Government and offer some analysis and assessment on which way future internal strategy and policy is likely to develop against the backdrop of an economic downturn.
The price of this course is £426 plus VAT and includes course notes and the provision of lunch and refreshments throughout the day.
