 Course Cancellation

You must notify of all cancellations in writing no later than 30 working days prior to the date of the course.

If cancellations are received 30 days prior to the date of the course there will be no refund. However a subsitute person may be sent to the course. If no subsitute person can be found, an cancellation fee - the equivalent of 55% of the full price course booking - will be charged.

Paying via invoice

Please note from Friday 17th October 2008, all invoices issued at the bequest of the customers will be subject to an additional charge of 18% as part of an overall administrative processing fee.
