About Us
Parli-training has existed for 22 years. We are different from our competitors, simply because our courses are vocationally based.
For us vocationally based, means simply, training courses focused on providing delegates with the skills needed to perform their roles better. Our courses are delivered by documented, industry experts, who use best practice guidance and offers advice throughout the day.
This ensures a highly quality training experience, packed with valued tips and key professional insights.
When it comes to teaching public affairs, we use a combination of presentations, workshops and practical exercises, contemporary case studies to bring the subject matter alive . Our courses are engaging with Q&A sessions and the opportunity for networking with other delegates and guarantee time slots to enable interaction with the expert trainers present. Delegates are encouraged to participate, ask questions and interact as much as possible. Operating under Chatham House Rule, we also offer strategic professional advice and opinion and share ideas. This approach ensure a days training which create endless opportunities to address challenging issues in a confidential and safe setting.
We distinguish ourselves from other providers in the field by our ability to create an atmosphere in which participants leave our courses fully energized with the confidence to instigate a changed approach.
If you are new to public affairs, we run a number of entry level courses. These courses are designed to enable new starters to hit the ground running; with a number of transitional course designed for graduate new to policy and campaigning roles.
If you are required to learn critical procedure and understand processes, we have a wide selection of parliamentary courses, lead by specialists designed to totally demystify the process for you.
If the training requirement is more nuanced and centered around high level influencing and better engagement with senior policy makers, we have a number of courses designed to provided further insight into how policy teams within 10 Downing Street and Whitehall operate. So whether you desire to engage more effectively with MPs in Parliament or are seeking to influence decision made by government departments, we have a specialist course designed to get you to your desired destination.
