Since 1973, Randall’s Monitoring has been a trusted leader in parliamentary monitoring services, providing expert and comprehensive coverage of Westminster, Whitehall, the Scottish and Welsh Parliaments, and the Northern Ireland and London Assemblies. Their long-standing reputation for accuracy, insight, and timeliness has made them an invaluable resource for organisations seeking to understand and engage effectively with political developments across the UK.
We were delighted when Randall’s Monitoring approached Parli-training to design and deliver a bespoke training course for six of their newest team members. The aim was to ensure that their recruits received the most up-to-date, practical, and applied learning in parliamentary procedure, equipping them with the confidence and knowledge needed to excel in their monitoring roles.
To make the course as accessible as possible, the training was delivered online, allowing Randall’s satellite team of researchers, based across different parts of the country, to join together in one interactive session. This flexible format ensured that every participant could engage directly with the trainer, collaborate with colleagues, and take part in practical exercises — all in real time.
The course placed a particular emphasis on understanding the legislative process and the art of amending Bills, guiding delegates through how legislation is introduced, debated, and refined in Parliament. Using real-world examples and hands-on analysis, participants explored how to effectively track and interpret legislative changes as they happen.
At Parli-training, we take pride in helping organisations like Randall’s Monitoring strengthen their institutional knowledge and technical expertise. Supporting a company with such a long-standing record of parliamentary excellence was both a privilege and a reflection of our shared commitment to raising professional standards in political awareness, legislative understanding, and effective parliamentary engagement.
